Lale London Return Policy (14 days)

Our goal at Lale London is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium products. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days from the date you received the item, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Criteria for Accepting Returns
  • Items are eligible for return if they remain in their original state, have not been worn or washed, and retain all original tags and packaging, including the attached refund ribbon.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact [email protected] stating: “Refund” or “Exchnage” followed by your order number.
  • Please also state your reason for returning.
  • If applicable, please state the item you would like in exchange.
  • Within the email please choose between self-shipping or using a pre-paid label. If you opt for the pre-paid label, its cost will be subtracted from your refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • The return shipping cost is your responsibility. We recommend using a trusted shipping service with tracking to guarantee the item’s secure return.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days, and the time it takes for the credit to show on your statement can differ based on your bank or financial institution.

5. Exclusions

  • Lale London does not offer international exchanges. While returns are accepted for items that meet the criteria outlined in our policy, we are unable to provide exchanges for orders outside the UK.

6. Modifications to our Return Policy

  • Lale London retains the authority to amend this return policy whenever necessary. Any alterations will become immediately applicable once they are announced on our website.
  • By completing a purchase with Lale London, you confirm that you have reviewed and consented to the conditions of our 14-day return policy.

Late Returns

  • Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of your receipt. Items sent back to us after this period may be sent back to you.
